Instructional Design. Assist Randolph Community College (RCC) in reworking the curriculum and preparedness for NLNAC accreditation.

Technical Consulting. Assisted in evaluation, testing and training (for use) of multi-million dollar conference and teleconference center at RCC.

Grant Writer. Conducted internal formative research and developed, crafted and submitted initial FIPSE grant application on behalf of RCC. Total requested just under $600,000.00)

Teleconference Center Design. Designed and oversaw installation training and testing of teleconferencing, recording studio and control space at GBUMC. Pensacola, Florida allowing remote training and connectivity to Asbury Seminary.

Outside Evaluator Consultant. Asked to serve as an outside reviewer for Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers with Technology (PT3) project performance reports.

Team Lead Evaluator. Served as Team Leader for PT3 visiting advisory group to American University of Puerto Rico.

National Planning Committee. Served on Planning Committee for PT3 National Conference

Wrote curriculum for Electronic Communications I and Electronic Communications II,  emphasis video technology, for the North Carolina Department of Education, Vocational Education. This was largely derived from one year's traveling and researching the state-of-the-art nationally. This included a blueprint of exact objectives and exit strategies as per NC  VOCAT's requisite.                                                       1994-1995
